  DUMAGUETE CITY, Negros Oriental, Feb. 27 (PIA) -- Officials from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC7) and telecommunications companies here are in favor of incentivizing the SIM card registration to encourage more people to comply with the directive of the country’s SIM Card Registration Act.   FILE PHOTO CEBU CITY, Cebu Feb. 1 (PIA) -- As a way to expedite the registration of Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) in various remote areas in Central Visayas, the National Telecommunications Commission 7 (NTC7) in collaboration with the major telecommunication companies and local government units will conduct another remote SIM registration in southern areas of Cebu Province. This will be a continuation of the recently conducted remote SIM registration held at Moalboal, Cebu, on January 25. The NTC7, together with Globe, Smart, and DITO, will hold a facilitated SIM registration in the municipalities of Oslob on Feb. 2 and in  Malabuyoc on Feb. 3.
