(PIA7) CEBU CITY, Cebu, Feb. 3 (PIA) -- Representatives from the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the region signed an agreement with the AFOS Foundation on Feb. 2 to formalize the FISH Visayas Project’s partnership at a regional level.
