DUMAGUETE CITY, Negros Oriental, May 30 (PIA) -- Members and pensioners of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) can now keep track of their member, loan, and claim records in their mobile devices through the GSIS Touch App. GSIS Vice President for Visayas Operations Deity Manampan urged members and pensioners in Negros Oriental to download the application, which he described as similar to a GSIS kiosk but more handy and convenient for the user. “If you have your GSIS touch, there’s no need for you to go to a GSIS branch 24/7.   CEBU CITY, Cebu, Jan. 30 (PIA) --  The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is now granting emergency loan to its members and pensioners in Central Visayas who were affected by Typhoon Odette..  GSIS Cebu Manager Atty. Mercedes Victoria Enriquez announced in a Zoom meeting that the loan is available  until Feb. 6 only. “Alam kong kailangan ng aming mga miyembro at pensiyonado ang tulong-pinansyal, kaya naman binuksan agad namin ang emergency loan upang makatulong sa kanila,” Enriquez said. President Rodrigo Duterte has earlier declared six areas, including Central Visayas, under a state of calamity on Dec. 21, 2021.   State pension fund Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) emerged as one of the top five most trusted government agencies in the 2021 Philippine Trust Index (PTI), a proprietary biennial research conducted by communications firm EON Group. “Napakalaking karangalan ang mapabilang sa mga pinagkakatiwalaang ahensya ng gobyerno.
