Sa "Talk to the People" ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte, gipahayag ni DOTr Kalihim Arthur Tugade nga ang DOTr, ubos sa Duterte administration, naka-kumpleto og 233 ka airport projects taman Nobyembre 2021. “In a period of three months, nakatapos, nakabuo, at nakaayos ho tayo ng mga paliparan at mga airport projects,”  matud pa ni Tugade.
