LTO nagtakda og limitasyon sa mga bayranan sa driving school

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, March 24 (PIA) -- Ang Land Transportation Office (LTO) nagtakda og maximum prescribed fees sa mga driving schools isip tubag sa mga reklamo batok sa mahal nga mga bayranan.

Alang sa pagmaneho sa motorsiklo, ang labing taas nga kinatibuk-ang gitakda nga rate kay P3,500 - P1,000 alang sa theoretical driving course (TDC) ug P2,500 alang sa practical driving course (PDC).

Alang sa light vehicle driving, ang kinatas-ang kinatibuk-ang gitakdang rate P5,000 – P1,000 sa TDC ug P4,000 sa PDC.

Sa usa  ka pahayag, si LTO chief Jay Art Tugade niingon nga ang cap sa mga bayronon sa mga driving school epektibo sa Abril 15.

Matud pa ni Tugade nga ang mga silot ipahamtang sa mga driving schools nga makalapas sa palisiya: 1st offense – P50,000 nga multa ug suspensiyon sa unom ka buwan; 2nd offense – P100,000 nga multa ug usa ka tuig nga pagkasuspenso; ug 3rd offense – pagbawi sa akreditasyon nga gihatag sa driving school.

Kaniadto, walay maximum rate nga gitakda alang sa mga bayronon sa driving schools, sumala ni Tugade. Dunay mga tunghaan nga gikatahong mokabat sa P20,000.

Ang mga driving schools kinahanglang mohimo og 15 ka oras nga TDC sulod sa duha ka adlaw, nga ang unang pito ka oras sa unang adlaw ug ang nahibiling walo ka oras sa ikaduhang adlaw, matud pa ni Tugade.

Ang practical driving instructions kinahanglang dili moubos sa walo ka oras matag driver's license code nga gi-apply.

Kinahanglang ipa-enrol sa mga driving school ang impormasyon sa ilang mga kliyente ngadto sa LTO System gamit ang Land Transportation Management System Client ID aron madeterminar ang petsa sa pagsugod sa TDC taliwala sa isyu sa “non-appearance” sa pipila ka mga aplikante.

Matud pa sa LTO nga sa dili madugay mo-issue kini sa Omnibus Guidelines on the Accreditation, Supervision, and Control of Driving Institutions, and the Standardization of Driver and Conductor’s Education.

Gitangtang usab sa LTO ang moratorium sa mga aplikasyon sa pag-abli sa mga driving school sugod niadtong Marso 23.

Ang moratorium gipatuman sa panahon ni kanhi LTO chief Teofilo Guadiz III, o sa dihang nagsugod ang pagtuon alang sa giusab nga guidelines alang sa driving institutions. (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)

PVAO to partner with hospitals for improved medical care access of veterans
