TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol (PIA) — Gipasidunggan ang Lalawigan sa Bohol tungod sa iyang pagpatuman sa labing maayo nga Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) sa Rehiyon 7, segun sa Task Force Balik-Loob sa Department of National Defense (DND).

Ang award gihatag niadtong Mayo 21, 2025, atol sa selebrasyon sa ika-7 nga Founding Anniversary sa Task Force Balik-Loob nga nagdala sa tema nga “Pagkakaisa at Pag-asa: Pitong Taong Pagdiriwang sa Pagbuo ng Isang Matatag, Payapa ug Nagkakaisang Bansa tungo sa Bagong Pilipinas” nga gipahigayon sa Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo sa syudad sa Quezon.

Ang pag-ila, gipresentar sa Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissioned Officers Country (AFPCOC) ug gilagdaan ni Undersecretary for Defense Affairs ug Task Force Balik-Loob Chairperson Angelito De Leon.

Si Lt. Col. Joseph Aldanese, Infantry, Philippine Army, officer-in-charge sa Balik-Loob Task Force, mitabang usab kang De Leon sa pagpresentar sa mga pasidungog.

“Ang Task Force Balik-Loob ay isa lamang facilitator. Nabubuhay po kami sa pakikipag-ugnayan at pakikipagtulungan ng tunay na may mga programa—our partner agencies,’” matud pa sa mensahi ni De Leon.

Lakip sa mga partner nga ahensya nga gihatagan usab og award sa maong kalihokan mao ang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Justice (DOJ), National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), National Amnesty Commission, ug ang National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).

Giila usab ang National Housing Authority (NHA), Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), Philippine Army (PA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Anti-Terrorism Council – Program Management Center, Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), ug Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP).

Gawas sa mga partner agencies, giila usab sa task force ang ubang local government units kansang mga paningkamot sa reintegrasyon dalaygon.

OCD-7: ‘Only OCD can hold incident command system trainings’

  OCD-7 Regional Director Joel Erestain speaking during the 13th episode of the ‘Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas’ program held in Cebu City. He emphasized that only OCD is accredited to conduct trainings on Incident Command System. (PIA-7)  CEBU CITY, CEBU (PIA) — Only the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) can conduct training on the Incident Command System (ICS). This was emphasized by OCD-7 regional director Joel Erestain during the 13th episode of the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas on Aug. 20 in Cebu City.  As the executive arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), OCD conducts ICS trainings, which is a standardized approach to managing emergency responses and disasters. “So kung mayro’ng mga iba na nagsasabi na nagte-train daw, hindi po sila accredited.
