CEBU CITY, Cebu, Jan. 27 (PIA) -- The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) during its virtual press conference held Jan. 26 presented a preview for the upcoming celebration of the National Arts Month 2022 this February.
This year’s event marks the 31st National Arts Month with the theme “Sining ng Pag-Asa” in recognition of the arts as a source and expression of hope as shown in the creative ways on how the Filipinos respond to the effects of the pandemic, natural calamities, and other social realities, as well as the arts role in improving the Filipino community life.
NCCA Chairman Arsenio Lizaso, in his message, recognized arts as a sign of hope to every Filipino especially during these difficult times.
