Ang unang edisyon sa Kadiwa ng Pangulo gipangunahan sa kagamhanang probinsyal sa pakigtambayayong sa DTI, Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), ug Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD).

Ang mga organizer nakiglambigit usab sa Bohol Association of Hotels Resorts and Restaurants (BAHRR), Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) ug sa Panglao Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) alang sa pagpares sa merkado.
