DSWD, magpadeploy og serbisyo sa automated system

 


CEBU CITY, Cebu, January 12 (PIA) -- Ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) nagtutok sa pagpalambo ug pag-deploy sa mga automated system sa tumong niini nga mahatagan og mas lig-on nga social services and mga katawhan 

Kini ang nabag-o nga pasalig sa ahensya ngadto sa katawhang Pilipino nga maka-adjust sa nagbag-o nga socio-economic nga talan-awon sa 2024.

Matod ni DSWD Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs and Co-Spokesperson Irene Dumlao nga ang budget sa DSWD sa 2024 nikabat sa Php 245 bilyon nga kasagarang gamiton sa pagpundo sa kasamtangang social welfare and development programs ug services lakip na ang pagpatuman sa mga inobasyon sa ahensya sa digital na pagbag-o.

Karong tuiga sa 2024, unahon sa ahensya ang pag-retool sa mga kasamtangang programa niini aron mahimong mas inklusibo ug adaptive sa nagbag-o nga panginahanglan sa mga target nga benepisyaryo.

Lakip sa mga programa nga i-retool mao ang Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), ang Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) Program, ang Tara Basa! Tutoring Program, ang Oplan Pag-Abot Program, ug ang Walang Gutom 2027: Food Stamp Program (FSP).

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

  CEBU CITY, Cebu, Oct. 24 (PIA) -- The Duterte Legacy Caravan in Cebu dubbed as “Barangayanihan Caravan Towards National Recovery” highlighted the various projects and programs implemented in Cebu under the Duterte administration that has brought about a positive change in the lives of its beneficiaries.  Cebu province benefited from several projects from the Duterte administration under the "Build, Build, Build" program such as bridges, diversion roads, evacuation centers, municipal buildings, public markets, road concreting, farm to market roads,  among others. EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
