TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Nov. 29 (PIA) -- Taliwala sa kontrobersiya nga naangkon sa Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) dala sa pagluwat sa katungdanan sa usa ka Vice Chairman sa SK sa usa  ka lungsod tungod sa giingon nga ngil-ag nga pinalitay sa boto, napili na ang mga bag-o nga opisyales sa Provincial federation sa Sangguniang Kabataan sa Bohol alang sa mga tuig 2023-2025.

Bag-ong Presidente sa SK sa Bohol mao si Lawrence Xavier Angcla nga SK Federated Chairman sa Loon ug si Jessa Marie Caberte ang SK Federated Chair sa Sevilla maoy Bise Presidente.

Ang bag-ong Secretaryo mao si Hans Laurence Sayon, SK Federation President sa Bien Unido ug ang Mamahandi mao si Marianne Daphne Tare sa Dauis SK.

Auditor usab ang napili nga SK Federated President sa Loay nga so Emmanuel Piquero samtang ang Press Relations Officer sa kapunungan mao si Ruffa Mae Atillo sa Sagbayan SK.

Napili usab nga Sgt-at-Arms ang SK Federation chairman sa Panglao, si Renel Ryan Mila.  

Segun pa sa kasayuran gikan sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan, walay mipatim-aw nga mga mi-kontra sa mga nahisgutang mga posisyon, ug gani, bisan ang pagpahiluna sa Election Committee nga maoy nadumala sa piniliay sa pederasyon, naporma usab nga wala nay kiyawkiyaw pa.

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

  CEBU CITY, Cebu, Oct. 24 (PIA) -- The Duterte Legacy Caravan in Cebu dubbed as “Barangayanihan Caravan Towards National Recovery” highlighted the various projects and programs implemented in Cebu under the Duterte administration that has brought about a positive change in the lives of its beneficiaries.  Cebu province benefited from several projects from the Duterte administration under the "Build, Build, Build" program such as bridges, diversion roads, evacuation centers, municipal buildings, public markets, road concreting, farm to market roads,  among others. EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
