DSWD-7 milingaw sa mga bata isip pagtak-op sa National Children's Month celebration

 


CEBU CITY, Cebu, Nov. 29 (PIA) -- Ang Department of Social Welfare and Development 7 (DSWD-7) opisyal nang mitapos sa kasaulogan sa 31st National Children's Month pinaagi sa gipahigayon nilang Regional Culmination Activity sa Cebu City niadtong Nobyembre 29.

Ang culmination actvitiy gitambongan sa anaa sa 250 ka mga bata nga estudyante sa mga day care centers sa mga nagkadaiyang syudad sa Cebu, ug mga bata nga giamuma sa mga nagkalain-laing residential care facilities sa DSWD-7.

Midangop usab sa katapusang kalihokan sa nahisgotang selebrasyon mao ang mga representate sa mga ubang ahensya sa goberyno, local government units, ug mga private partners and stakeholders.

Sa maong aktibidad, mipasundayag ang mga bata sa ilang mga talento pinaagi sa mga performances ug uban pang kalihokan nga mihatag og kalingawan ngadto kanila.

Samtang mipakita usab ug mga pasundayag ang mga partner agencies sama sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology ug private stakeholder nga Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.

Ang pagsaulog sa National Children's Month karong tuiga nakasentro sa kahimsog ug nutrisyon sa mga bata, nga adunay tema nga "Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered: Ensuring the Right to Life for All."

Kung diin, ang mga aktibidad ug programa nga gimugna ug gipatuman sa ahensya mi hatag og importansya og kabug-aton sa pagsiguro ug pagsuporta sa kahimsog ug paghatag sa saktong nutrisyon sa mga bata.

Ang DSWD-7 nakig-alayon sa Department of Health 7 alang sa mga programa sama sa regular feeding program, child health services, regular vaccination o immunization, ug uban pang programa nga mopalambo sa kahimsug ug nutrisyon sa mga bata.

Sa paghuman sa selebrasyon sa National Children's Month, ang DSWD mipasalig nga padayun nilang buhaton ang tanan aron masiguro ang kahimsug ug nutrisyon sa mga bata pinaagi sa mga malig-onong programa og adbokasiya nga gipatuman sa gobyerno. 

Gawas sa ilang kahimsug, gihatagaan usab ug pagtagad sa DSWD ang pagprotektar sa mga katungod sa mga bata batok sa mga pang-abuso,

Sa laing bahin, lakip usab sa highlight sa culmination activity mao usab ang pagpasidungog sa ahensya sa ilang mga partner agencies ug stakeholders alang sa ilang mga paningkamot ug kontribusyon sa malampusong pagsaulog sa National Children's Month.

Usa sa mga awardees nga gipasidunggan ang ahensya mao ang Philippine Information Agency 7, nga lakip sa mga main partner agencies sa DSWD-7 sa pagpasiugda ug pagsuporta sa nasangpit nga okasyon.

DEB launches command center for election monitoring

OCD-7: ‘Only OCD can hold incident command system trainings’
