TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Nov. 29 (PIA) -- Tulo ka mga resort sa lalawigan sa Bohol ang nakadawat sa ASEAN Hall of Fame Award alang sa Green Hotel gikan sa Department of Tourism.

Ang Amarela Resort, Amorita Resort, ug Bellevue Resort nasulod sa ASEAN Green Hotel Hall of Fame Award sa usa ka seremonyas nga gipahigayon niadtong Nobyembre 27, 2023, sa Discovery Primea Hotel sa Ayala Avenue, sa syudad sa Makati.

Kini nga prestihiyosong award gihatag sa mga hotel ug resort nga kaniadto nakadaog sa ASEAN Green Hotel Award 3 ka higayon.

Ang maong 3 ka resort sa Bohol mao lamang ang nakadawat sa maong pasidunggog sa tibuok Central Visayas.

Giila niini ang pasalig sa resort/hotel nga mahimong mahigalaon sa kalikopan ug tungod sa gisagop nga mga lakang sa pagkonserba sa enerhiya.

Ang ASEAN Green Hotel Standard gibase sa 11 ka criteria nga mao ang mosunod: environmental policy, paggamit sa green products; kolaborasyon sa komunidad ug lokal nga mga organisasyon; pagpalambo sa tawhanong kapanguhaan; pagdumala sa solidong basura; episyente sa enerhiya; kaepektibo sa tubig; pagdumala sa kalidad sa hangin, pagkontrol sa polusyon sa kasaba, pagdumala sa pagtambal sa basura sa tubig ug pagdumala sa paglabay sa kemikal nga substansiya.

Ang Bohol Provincial Tourism Office namahayag nga kini nga kalainan nagpadako sa mga paningkamot sa lalawigan sa Bohol nga mahimong usa ka malungtarong destinasyon sa turismo ug makapauswag sa imahe sa Bohol isip labing una sa Pilipinas ug nag-inusara lamang nga UNESCO Global Geopark. PVAO to partner with hospitals for improved medical care access of veterans
