TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, October 21 (PIA) -- Kapin sa usa ka libo ka libre nga slots alang sa Competency Assessment and Certification for Workers (CAC-W) alang sa mga nagtrabaho na ug Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) ang gipakayab sa kagamhanan, ug mamahimo nga makuha taman sa Disyembre 2023.

Kini maoy maayong balita nga gipaambit sa Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Bohol pinaagi nila ni supervising Tech Educ and Skills Dev Specialist Joan Sayon ug Rasell Pagaran, didto sa labing bag-o nga Kapihan sa PIA program. 

Gipasabut sa TESDA nga ang libre nga assessment slots karon, alang lamang sa mga nakatrabaho na nga wala pa makakuha sa ilang assessment ug wala pay dokumento nga gihuptan nga makapamatuod nga aduna na silay katakus nga haum sa mga katakus nga gihuptan sa mga mingtapos sa bansaybansay sa technical vocational ug educational training.

Hinuon, matud ni Sayon, mahimo usab nga makakuha kadtong monghuman sa scholarship training ug wala makapasar sa una nga assessment apan nakatrabaho na ug karon, manginahanglan na sa ilang certification.

Ang mga makalibre sa CAC-W kadtong buot magpa-assess nga nagtrabaho na sa Barangay Health Services NC II, Bartending NC II, Book Keeping NC III, Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Caregiving NC II, Carpentry NC II, Computer Systems Servicing NC II, Cookery NC III, Driving NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Events Management Services NC III.

Food and Beverage Services NC II Health Care Services NC II, HouseKeeping NI II, Masonry NC II, Motorcycle Small Engine Servicing NC II, Organic Agriculture Production NC II, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Domestic RAC) NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II, Tourism Promotion Services NC II ug Visual Graphic Design NC III, saysay ni Pagaran, didto sa Kapihan sa PIA.

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
