Bohol agri office patabangon pagfollow-up sa moratorium sa rental sa fishpond lease agreement

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, October 20 (PIA) -- Kinahanglan nga tabangan sa Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) ang Bohol Fish Producers’ Cooperative aron ma follow-up ang una niining hangyo sa  Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, nga dili usa mobayad sa fishpond lease agreement (FLA) sa mga punong o fishpond nga gigamit aron buhi-an sa mga isda niini.

Kahinumduman nga ang Sangguniang Panlalawigan pinaagi sa Resolution No. 2023-229, mitabang na og hangyo sa Regional Director sa Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 7 (BFAR-7), aron dili una pabayron ang mga sakop sa Bohol Fish Producers’ Cooperative sa abangan sa mga fishponds sulod sa lima ka tuig, tungod sa apike nga sitwasyon human nangalumpag ang mga punong niadtong bagyong Odette.

Ang Bohol Fish Producers Cooperative, sa rekomendasyon sa SP Committee on Agriculture subay sa Committee Report No. 2023-01, mihangyo usab sa SP nga makapagawas og resolusyon aron hangyoon si Gob Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado nga maoy mangabogar kanila ngadto sa Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr..

Kini aron dili na sila pabayron sa abangan sa FLA ug nga balayronon sa mga pasilidad nga namuhi og isda nga gilampurnas sa Odette.

Ang hangyo magsugod sa Enero 2022 hangtud na sa sunod nga 5 ka tuig aron inay ibayad, magamit na kini sa pagpa-ayo ug pagpahiuli sa naguba nga punong, ug aron makatabang sa pagpadaghan  sa supply sa isda.

Ang hangyo sa Moratorium sa abangan sa FLA Rentals alang sa sunod nga 5 ka tuig, didto gipadala  niadtong Hulyo 4, 2023 kang Atty. Demosthenes R. Escoto, director sa Department of Agriculture, BFAR, Fisheries Building Complex, Bureau of Plant Industry Compound, Brgy. Vasra, Visayas Ave., Quezon City.  

Dugang pa sa BFAR pinaagi ni Johann Tejada, giendorso na nila sa BFAR Legal Division sa BFAR Central Office ang hangyo kay kini naay aspeto nga legal man.

Dugang niya, mahimo nga ang Bohol Fish Producers’ Cooperative direkta na nga mohimo sa pagfollow-up sa hangyo.

Apan, dayag sa SP, girekomendar nila nga ang Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) motabang sa pagcoordinate sa Bohol Fish Producers’ Cooperative aron makasuwat sa pagfollow up sa ilang request for condonation of Fishing Lease Agreement rentals. (RAHC/PIA-7 Bohol)
