Si PCO Kalihim Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil, OPAPRU Kalihim Carlito Galvez Jr., ug PIA Director-General Undersecretary General Jose A. Torres Jr. maoy nangulo sa ceremonial signing sa PICC, syudad sa Pasay niadtong Agosto 30, 2023.

“We believe that the message is key by stating what we have achieved so far,” matud pa ni Kalihim Galvez samtang nagpasalamat sa PCO ug PIA sa pakigtambayayong sa OPAPRU sa pagsaulog sa National Peace Consciousness Month sa Setyembre.
