PBBM, nagtakda og bag-ong presyo sa humay

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, September 22 (PIA) -- Ang National Food Authority (NFA) Council nga gipangulohan ni Presidente Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. niadtong Lunes nagtakda og bag-ong price range sa pagpalit og humay aron molambo ang kita sa mga mag-uuma sa nasud.

Sa usa ka mensahe sa video, ang Presidente miingon nga nagpatawag siya og tigum sa NFA Council aron hisgutan ang presyo sa humay, ug nahukman nga ang presyo sa pagpalit sa uga nga humay mahimong P23 gikan sa P19 ug sa basa nga humay, P19 gikan sa P16.

Matud pa sa Presidente, ang maong lakang gitumong sa pagpauswag sa kita sa mga mag-uuma ug pagsiguro sa igong suplay sa pangunang pagkaon.

“We needed to look into the wet and dry palay because the situation changed (Kinahanglan namong tan-awon ang basa ug uga nga humay kay nausab ang sitwasyon)," matud pa ni Marcos.

"So, they will now start earning. We also have a price cap to control the rice prices (So, magsugod na sila og kita. Naa pud tay price cap para makontrol ang presyo sa bugas)," dugang pa niini.

Ang NFA nagkanayon nga ang bag-ong price range nagbalanse sa ganansya sa mga mag-uuma ug dili kaayo makaapekto sa retail prices.

Ang ahensya nipagawas og pahayag nga kun ang bag-ong buying price sa dry palay naa sa P23, ang procurement fund nga gikinahanglan moabot sa P15 bilyones sa pinakataas, samtang kun kini mabutang sa P25, P16 bilyones ang gikinahanglan alang sa palay procurement.

Matud pa sa NFA nga magsilbi nga buffer sa mga kabus ang imported nga bugas.

Nagsaad usab kini nga magsuplay sa mga kabus nga panimalay aron maminusan ang presyur sa presyo.

Sa samang higayon, ang NFA miingon nga gitan-aw usab niini ang paghatag og bugas imbes nga cash assistance. (ECB/PIA7-Bohol)

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
