Comelec mi-exempt sa TUPAD, laing 4 ka programa sa DOLE sa election ban

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, September 18 (PIA) -- Gitugotan sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang hangyo sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) nga i-exempt ang mga programa niini sa pagdili sa pagpatuman sa mga proyekto sa dili pa ang 2023 Barangay ug Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

Giaprobahan ni Comelec Chairman George Garcia ang rekomendasyon sa Law Department spoll body nga ilibre ang mga programa sama sa gihangyo ni DOLE Kalihim Bienvenido Laguesma.

Ang maong programa naglakip sa espesyal nga programa alang sa Employment of Students nga adunay 34,496 ka benepisyaryo; Government Internship Program nga adunay 30,745 ka benepisyaryo; JobStart Philippines Program nga adunay 647 ka benepisyaryo; DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program o KABUHAYAN Program nga adunay 48,461 ka benepisyaryo; ug Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers Program (TUPAD) nga adunay 1,059,135 ka benepisyaryo.

Sa iyang hangyo, ang Comelec Law Department niingon nga si Laguesma mikutlo sa hingpit nga panginahanglan sa pagpadayon sa pagpatuman sa mga programa bisan sa panahon sa election ban tungod kay kini dugay na nga natukod ug nagpadayon sa kinaiyahan.

Dugang pa, ang Comelec Law Department miingon nga ang kadagkoan sa DOLE mipahayag sa labing dinalian nga pag-apod-apod sa mga pondo sa publiko ngadto sa mga target nga benepisyaryo ug adunay mga paagi sa pagkontrolar aron masiguro nga ang mga programa husto nga pagpatuman sumala sa gilatid nga mga giya ug pagsiguro nga ang mga pondo mahatag ug. ang gibayad dili gamiton sa pagsalmot sa partisan nga politikanhong mga kalihokan alang sa 2023 BSKE. OCD-7: ‘Only OCD can hold incident command system trainings’

He emphasized that only OCD is accredited to conduct trainings on Incident Command System. (PIA-7)  CEBU CITY, CEBU (PIA) — Only the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) can conduct training on the Incident Command System (ICS). This was emphasized by OCD-7 regional director Joel Erestain during the 13th episode of the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas on Aug. 20 in Cebu City.  As the executive arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), OCD conducts ICS trainings, which is a standardized approach to managing emergency responses and disasters. “So kung mayro’ng mga iba na nagsasabi na nagte-train daw, hindi po sila accredited.
