3rd quarter NSED ceremonial pressing of button ipahigayon sa syudad sa Tagbilaran

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Aug. 30 (PIA) -- Ang National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), pinaagi sa Office of Civil Defense (OCD), nanawagan na usab sa publiko sa pag-apil sa ikatulong kwarter sa Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).

Sa Facebook post, ang OCD nagkanayon nga ang earthquake drill ipahigayon gikan sa alas dos sa hapon sa Setyembre 7, 2023.

Giawhag ang mga partisipante sa paghimo sa "duck, cover and hold" sa Miyerkoles sa hapon.

Gipahibalo usab sa OCD nga ang ceremonial pressing of the button ug ang simulation exercise ipahigayon sa syudad sa Tagbilaran.

Ang Top of Form earthquake drill maoy usa sa mga inisyatiba sa NDRRMC aron maandam ang publiko sa linog.

Ang matag lokal nga kagamhanan tagsa-tagsa nga mohimo sa ilang mga kalihokan nga may kalabotan sa drill ug bisan ang ubang ahensya sa gobyerno moapil usab.

Giawhag ang publiko nga ipadayon ang pagsuporta sa mga programa sa gobyerno aron mapausbaw ang ilang kahibalo ug pagpangandam sa katalagman. (ECB/PIA7-Bohol)

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
