Wala nay lugway sa deadline sa pag-file sa SOCE – Comelec

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, June 8 (PIA) -- Ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) niadtong Miyerkules niingon nga dili na sila mohatag og extension sa deadline sa pag-file sa statements of contributions and expenditures (SOCE) sa mga kandidato ug political parties.

Ang chairperson sa Comelec nga si George Erwin Garcia nihimo sa maong pamahayag human nigawas ang 19 ka pahina nga desisyon sa Supreme Court (SC) en banc sa Comelec Resolution No. 10147 ang gipagawas, nga nagdeklarar sa resolusyon nga “void.”

Gitugotan sa Comelec resolution ang paglugway sa deadline sa pag-file sa SOCE niadtong 2016.

“No extensions from now on all our deadlines, except in highly meritorious circumstances,” matod niya sa mga tigbalita sa mensahe sa Viber.

Ang tigpamaba sa Comelec nga si Rex Laudiangco nipadayag og pagtamod ug pagsunod sa desisyon sa SC.

“As Comelec had consistently done, we will abide and comply with the decision of the highest court,” matod niya sa mensahe sa Viber.

Ubos sa balaod, ang SOCE ipasaka sulod sa 30 ka adlaw human sa adlaw sa piniliay.

Apan ang SC nagkanayon nga gitugotan sa Comelec ang paglugway sa deadline sa pagsumitir sa SOCE human sa 2013 ug 2010 eleksyon. (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)

OCD-7: ‘Only OCD can hold incident command system trainings’

He emphasized that only OCD is accredited to conduct trainings on Incident Command System. (PIA-7)  CEBU CITY, CEBU (PIA) — Only the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) can conduct training on the Incident Command System (ICS). This was emphasized by OCD-7 regional director Joel Erestain during the 13th episode of the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas on Aug. 20 in Cebu City.  As the executive arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), OCD conducts ICS trainings, which is a standardized approach to managing emergency responses and disasters. “So kung mayro’ng mga iba na nagsasabi na nagte-train daw, hindi po sila accredited.
