PBBM gitahasan ang DICT sa paghatag-kapasidad sa mga LGUs alang sa e-Gov system adaptation

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, May 26 (PIA) -- Gimando ni  Presidente Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. niadtong Mayo 23, 2023, sa Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) nga hatagan ang mga local government units (LGUs) sa pagpahaom sa e-Gov system isip kabahin sa digitalization initiative sa gobyerno.

Si Marcos mipagawas sa direktiba ngadto kang Information and Communications Technology Secretary Ivan Uy atol sa sectoral meeting sa Malacañang sa mga pending nga proyekto sa DICT ug cybersecurity concerns.

“Let’s capacitate our LGUs so they can adapt to the system,” giingnan sa Presidente si Uy.

Gipasabot ni Uy ngadto sa Presidente nga pinaagi sa maong sistema, ang mga lokal nga kagamhanan makadaginot gayod ug dako nga kwarta ug makapausbaw sa kita.

Gimanduan usab sa Presidente atol sa maong meeting ang pagpahigayon sa regular nga pag-upgrade.

Matud pa sa Pangulo nga angay siguroon nga kita makahimo sa pag-upgrade niini nga sistema. I-set up aron maandam na ang LGUs, aron makahibalo unsaon pag-operate.

Gi-anunsyo sa DICT niadtong Disyembre sa miaging tuig ang e-Gov system, nga naglakip sa e-Gov Super App, usa ka plataporma nga gitumong aron masiguro ang digitalization sa mga sistema sa gobyerno sa Pilipinas, lakip ang mga LGU.

Kabahin usab sa e-Government Priority Projects sa gobyerno mao ang centralizing government cloud services; e-Report, alang sa citizens’ feedback ug complaints; ug, e-Gov App nga maghiusa sa tanang serbisyo sa gobyerno ngadto sa usa ka plataporma.

Ang e-Gov Super App gikatakda nga ilunsad sayo sa sunod buwan.

Gawas sa e-Government Priority Projects, ang DICT's Priority Initiatives naglakip sa Broadband ng Masa, National Broadband Plan (NBP), Free Public Internet Access Program, National Government Data Center (NGDC), ug Enhancing ICT competency pinaagi sa Upskilling and Reskilling.

Niadtong 2022, ang Pilipinas niranggo sa ika-71 sa 131 ka mga ekonomiya sa global Network Readiness Index, usa ka mahinungdanong paglukso gikan sa ika-85 nga ranking niadtong 2021 tungod sa maayong performance sa e-commerce nga lehislasyon, high tech exports, ug information and communication technology (ICT) services. mga eksport. 'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
