PagIBIG launches 'Asenso Rider Raffle Promo' for TNVS, app-based courier companies

CEBU CITY, Cebu, June 16 (PIA) -- The  Pag-IBIG Fund has launched the “Asenso Rider Raffle Promo” for Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) Riders and Partner-Drivers of App-based Logistic Companies in the Visayas Region.

The raffle promo was initially launched on May 25 in the National Capital Region.

For the Visayas Region, the launching was held on June 7 at Robinsons Galleria Cebu.

To qualify for the raffle, the eligible delivery rider/partner-driver must comply with all of the following requirements:

a. Currently working as a TNVS rider or partner-driver of an app-based logistic company.

b. Actively contributing Pag-IBIG Fund member classified as TNVS rider or partner-driver of app-based logistics company. For inactive members or members with no Membership Savings (MS) payment for the last 6 months, must pay at least P100.00 to qualify for the preliminary draws which will be held in July and October 2023. Non-members may register via Registration as New Member (pagibigfundservices.com) or by visiting the nearest Pag-IBIG Branch, and subsequently pay their Pag-IBIG Savings at any Pag-IBIG Fund Branch, authorized collecting partners or via Virtual Pag-IBIG by clicking Virtual Pag-IBIG (pagibigfundservices.com).

c. Join and register in the Pag-IBIG Fund Asenso Rider Raffle Promo.

d. Pay the minimum savings/contribution requirements for each draw.

e. Must be an active Pag-IBIG Fund member at the time of each raffle draw, as follows:

   i. i. 1st Preliminary Draw. Must have contributed/paid at least P100 in their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from May 25 to June 30, 2023.

   ii. 2nd Preliminary Draw. Must have contributed/paid at least P100 in their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from May 25 to September 30, 2023.

    iii. iii. Grand Draw. Must have contributed/paid at least P400 in their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from June 01 to November 30, 2023.

4. Payments/Savings under the Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Savings are excluded from the raffle promo.

5. An eligible member must register and join the raffle promo to receive the corresponding ERNs for his/her payments for his/her Pag-IBIG Regular Savings during the raffle promo period.

6. All Members who shall qualify and register for Pag-IBIG Asenso Rider Raffle Promo shall be issued a one (1) bonus ERN.

7. Qualified members shall be notified of their ERN via text message, which shall be sent to their mobile number they submitted via the raffle promo registration system. Members are encouraged to update their contact information with Pag-IBIG Fund so that they are properly notified of their ERN.

8. The ERN shall only be valid for the raffle draw that it was issued for. Should a member qualify for more than one draw, he/she shall be issued separate ERNs which correspond to a preliminary or grand draw.

9. All Pag-IBIG Fund employees, whether regular, direct-hired/agency-hired contractual, job order personnel, consultants, and members of the Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees, including their relatives up to second degree of affinity and consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.

Ayala Cebu-Branch Head Julio Carmel Alfarero, Jr. disclosed during the Kapihan sa PIA interview on June 6 that habal-habal drivers or non-TVNS riders are not entitled to join the promo.

Pag-IBIG Fund South Central Visayas Area Head Alectys Bajarias said that Cebu was chosen as the second destination since Cebu has the most number of riders next to Manila.

Bajarias also reiterated that TNVS and app-based courier riders must ensure that they pay their monthly contributions to be able to join the promo.

The 1st Preliminary draw will be in July and then in October, while the Grand draw will be in December. 

For the 1st and 2nd preliminary draws, 1st prize winner will own a brand new Yamaha NMax motorcycle inclusive of LTO Registration and CTPL Insurance, two helmets, one raincoat, 50-liter capacity Insulated Thermal Delivery Bag, P500 fuel voucher,

The 2nd prize winner will receive a brand new cellular phone while the 3rd prize winner will get P20,000.

Pag-IBIG Fund has partnered with transport network and app-based courier companies Angkas, Food Panda, Grab, Lalamove, and Pick A Roo for the raffle promo.

This partnership aims to improve the delivery drivers' access to Pag-IBIG Fund advantages, including its regular and MP2 savings programs which offer competitive rates, and housing loan program which will allow them to buy homes of their own. (MYP/PIA7 Cebu with reports from PAG-IBIG)
