DOT mopahigayon sa labing unang Philippines Digital Travel Fair


 

CEBU CITY, Cebu April 28 (PIA) -- Ang Department of Tourism pinaagi sa Tourism Promotions Board Philippines mopahigayon sa labing unang Philippines Digital Travel Fair.

Kini usa ka stand-alone consumer travel event alang sa mga potensyal nga travelers sa Asya.

Isip usa ka online travel expo kini adunay tumong sa pagpromote sa Pilipinas isip usa ka madanihon nga destinasyon alang sa mga turista.

Ang virtual travel fair magpakita usab sa mga nagkalain-laing negosyo ug destinasyon nga may kalabotan sa turismo sa nasud, lakip na ang mga hotel, resort, travel agencies, tour operators, ug airlines.

Mahimong ipakita sa mga partisipante sa maong travel fair ang ilang mga produkto ug serbisyo ubos sa usa ka digital fair platform pinaagi sa pagtanyag ug espesyal nga mga deals ug discounts ngadto sa ilang mga potensyal nga kustomer.

Samtang, ang DOT-7 nag-imbitar sa tanang DOT-accredited nga tourism establishments sa Central Visayas sa pag-apil sa nahisgutang aktibidad.

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
