SIM registration, mas gipakaylap pa sa Siquijor

 


SIQUIJOR, Siquijor, Marso 25 (PIA) -- Naglisud ba kamo sa pag rehistro sa inyong SIM card?

Ang National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) ug ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT)  mopasayon niini pinaagi sa pagpaabot sa  mga SIM registration drive  sa kalungsoran kauban sa mga public Telecommunication Entities sama sa SMART Communications Inc. ug Globe Telecom Inc.,  DICT ug Philippine Informatiom Agency (PIA)-Siquijor.

Kaniadtong March 16, gihimo ang unang "facilitated SIM registration drive" didto sa Siquijor Capital Square, sa lungsod sa Siquijor ug niadtong March 17 sa Maria Evacuation Center,, Maria, Siquijor, Siquijor,  inubanan sa suporta ug pagtugot sa Probinsya sa Siquijor ug sa nasangpit nnga mga munisipalidad.

Gipahigayon ang libreng rehistro aron mahatagan ug saktong pagtagad ug tabang ang mga lumolupyo sa Siquijor ilabina kadtong mga senior citizens, PWDs ug uban pang nag lisud sa pagpa rehistro sa ilang SIM ingon man aron mahatagag kasayon ang mga lumolupyo sa lagyong dapit nga maka sakbit gihapon sa maong serbisyo.

Wala usab mapakyas ang mga nagpasiugda niini tungod kay nag gahin usab gayud ug panahon ang mga Siquijodnon sa pag tungha sa nasangpit nga mga lugar diin duolan sa 700 ang narehistro sa globe ug smart.

Samtang niadtong Marso 23, atol sa gihimong Information Sharing/Pulog-Pulong sa PIA ug Siquijor Association of Information Disseminators (SAID), mipalanog usab si Engr. Andrew Anthony B. Dumayac sa DICT Siquijor, sa kaimportante sa maong programa ug miawhag sa mga Information Officers sa pagtabang  pagpakaylap,  pagpatuman ug pagpasabot sa kamahinungdanon sa SIM registration. 

Dugang pa usab nga mga SIM registration drive ang gitakdang pagahimuon sa uban pang upat ka mga lungsod sa Siquijor.

Sa datos gikan sa NTC kaniadtong Marso 21, 2023, labawan sa 49 ka milyones kon 29.12% pa lamang ang narehistro nga SIM cards sa SMART, Globe ug DITO Telecom, busa kinahanglan gayud panghingusgan una moabot ang didlayn.

Si NTC Central Visayas OIC-Regional Director, Sophia Lynn Lumantod, nag-awhag usab sa mga wala pa narehistro nga magparehistro na gayud tungod kay kutob na lang Abril 26, 2023 ang SIM registration ug human niini, tanang SIM nga wala na rehistro dili na mapuslan.

"Sa atongang mga Siquijodon, ayaw na hulata nga ma "deactivate"  ang atoang simcard. Pa rehistro na ta. Ayaw mo kahadlok. Wala'y ma kudaut sa inyong privacy kay "you are being protected" (protektado ka) sa atoang circular," panawagan sa NTC-7 Director.

Alang sa mga wala naka avail sa nasangpit nga serbisyo sa maong dapit, mamahimong mo bisita sa buhatan sa DICT Siquijor Provincial Office, 2nd floor, Business and Convention Center, Poblacion Siquijor, Siquijor para sa SIM registration assistance.

Ang pagparehistro maka protekta dili lang nimo kun dili sa uban pang mga subscribers. Maong rehistro na, aron sa text scams ug uban pang mga panglimbong, safe ka. (NRO/PIA7 Siquijor)

OCD-7: ‘Only OCD can hold incident command system trainings’
