Revised calendar of activities sa BSKE 2023, gipagawas sa Comelec

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, March 27 (PIA) -- Ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) nipagawas niadtong adlaw’ng Lunes, Marso 27, sa updated nga kalendaryo sa mga kalihokan alang sa 2023 Barangay ug Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) nga gikatakda karong Oktubre 30.

Base sa Comelec en banc Resolution 10902, ang election period ug pagpatuman sa gun ban gitakda gikan sa Agosto 28 hangtod Nobyembre 29.

Ang pag-file sa Certificates of Candidacy (COCs) gitakda gikan sa Agosto 28 hangtod Setyembre 2.

Sugod sa Setyembre 3 hangtod Oktubre 18, gidili ang pagpangampanya. Kini maghatag og dalan sa campaign period nga gitakda sa Oktubre 19 hangtod Oktubre 28.

Gidili na usab ang pagpangampanya gikan sa Oktubre 29 hangtod Oktubre 30, kauban ang pagbaligya, pagpalit, o pag-inom og ilimnong makahubog.

Sa adlaw sa eleksyon sa Oktubre 30, ang pagbotar ipahigayon gikan sa alas 7 sa buntag hangtod sa alas 3 sa hapon.

Ang pag-ihap ug canvassing sa mga boto ug proklamasyon sa mga mananaog nga kandidato ipadayon dayon human sa pagsira sa mga botohan, sumala sa Comelec.

Ang katapusang adlaw sa pag-file sa Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) gitakda sa Nobyembre 29.

Ang BSKE ikapila na gi-postpone sukad sa 2016. 

Niadtong Oktubre 2022, gilagdaan ni Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang balaod nga nagbalhin sa Disyembre 2022 BSKE ngadto na sa kataposang Lunes sa Oktubre 2023.  (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)

OCD-7: ‘Only OCD can hold incident command system trainings’

He emphasized that only OCD is accredited to conduct trainings on Incident Command System. (PIA-7)  CEBU CITY, CEBU (PIA) — Only the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) can conduct training on the Incident Command System (ICS). This was emphasized by OCD-7 regional director Joel Erestain during the 13th episode of the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas on Aug. 20 in Cebu City.  As the executive arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), OCD conducts ICS trainings, which is a standardized approach to managing emergency responses and disasters. “So kung mayro’ng mga iba na nagsasabi na nagte-train daw, hindi po sila accredited.
