Night shift differential pay rules sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno, gipagawas sa CSC

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Feb. 16 (PIA) -- Gipagawas sa Civil Service Commission (CSC) ang implementing rules and regulations (IRR) sa Republic Act (RA) No. 11701, nga naghatag og night shift differential pay sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno.

Matud pa sa CSC, ang nahisgotang balaod naghatag og compensation premium sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno, apil ang mga naa sa government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), nga naa sa positions/items sa Division Chief ug mas ubos o katumbas niini, bisan unsa man ang status sa ilang appointment, nga ang opisyal nga oras sa trabaho naa taliwala sa 6 p.m. ug 6 a.m. sa mosunod nga adlaw.

Ang premium ihatag usab sa mga nangatungdanan sa mga posisyon og Division Chief ug sa mas ubos o katumbas niini, nga gibutang isip Officers-in-Charge sa mga posisyon sa executive/managerial kun sila nakatakdang sundon ang mga oras sa trabaho taliwala sa 6 p.m. ug 6 a.m. sa mosunod nga adlaw.

“However, the law does not cover government employees with regular work schedule falling between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; those whose services are required, or are on call, 24 hours a day, such as the uniformed personnel and others as may be determined by the CSC and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM); and workers under job order or contract of service,” matud pa sa CSC.

Ang night shift differential pay angay naa sa rate nga dili molapas sa 20 porsyento sa hourly basic rate sa empleyado, base sa awtorisasyon sa pangulo sa ahensya.

Sa kaso sa mga public health workers, ang rate dili angay mas ubos sa 10 porsyento sa ilang matag oras nga basic rate. (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
