JMC sa 20% discount sa SC, PWD alang sa online platforms, aprobado na


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, June 1 (PIA) -- Dala sa gilatid sa balaod, makasinati gihapon og 20% sa pagpamalit sa mga butang, panginahanglanon ug gamitonon sa mga katawhang may kabilinggan ug mga edaran na, bisan sa ilang pagpamalit diha sa online platforms.

Kini human gilagdaan na ni Presidente Rodrigo Roa Duterte niadtong Mayo 6 ang Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) nga nagtanyag sa senior citizens (SC) ug persons with disabilities (PWD), sa a 20% discount sa ilang ga pagpamalit sa online nga merkado .

Ang JMC nga giendorso usab sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Trade and Industry, National Commission of Senior Citizens, National Council on Disability Affairs, Department of Health, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and Bureau of Internal Revenue, naghatag sa tin-aw nga giya ug sumbanan sa pagtanyag sa pugos nga benepisyo ug prebilihiyo sa senior citizens ug PWDS sa ilang pagpangompra sa internet, text orders ug call-orders.

Ubos sa nalagdaan nga sumbanan, ang SC ug PWDs maka-kuha og 20% nga discount sa ilang pagpamalit sa mga baligya nga mahinongdanon kayo sa ilang pagpakabuhi sama sa bugas, pan, gatas, tubig, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), ug uban pa.

Nahilakip usab sa mga pwede nilang mapalit sa gikaltasan nga presyo ang mga nag-unang paliton sama sa produktong veterinaryo, lawog ug bahug sa manok ug baboy, sahug sa pagkaon, materyales sa konstrksyon, baterya, electrical supplies, papel, sabon, harina, abono, pamatay-dangan, gamit sa tunghaan ug uban pa.

Hinuon, nakalatid didto nga ang SC ug PWDs makakuha lamang sa kaltas nga presyo kon ang ilang gokompra, dili molapas sa P1,300 matag semana, sa matag online ug offline transaction.

Dugang pa, kinahanglan nga ang nasampit nga kantidad gamiton sa personal ug ekslusibo nga panginahanglan sa SC ug PWD ug  ang  hanisgutang pangompra, alang sa labing menos 4 ka nagkadaiyang batakang panginahanglanon ug nag-unang commodities.

Aron makakuha sa discount, gikinahanglan nga ipahibaw daan sa namaligya sa produkto, sa dili pa ipahimutang ang orders, nga ang mipalit, SC o PWD, ug magpakita sa importante nga dokumentos sama sa scanned copy o screenshot sa ID ug ang atubangan ug katapusang pahina sa purchase booklet.

Ipakita na usab kining mga dokumento sa panahon nga ideliver na ang kinompra.

Sa bag-o nga JMC No. 1, series of 2022, gi-aghat na ang tanan nga mga estabisemento nga tumanon ang mga pribilihiyo sa SC ug PWDs pinaagi sa pagsagop sa mha sistema nga makapa-ugmad sa karaang sistema aron maseguro nga 20% nga discount  ang mahatag ngadto kanila sa ilang pag palit sa produkto o serbisyo sa online o text transactions.
