Tagbilaran LGU, andam na sa pagbakuna sa mga batang nag-edad 5-11 anyos

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Jan. 28 (PIA) -- Andam na ang lokal nga kagamhanang syudad sa Tagbilaran sa pagbakuna batok COVID-19 sa mga batang may edad gikan 5 hangtod 11 anyos kun mopagawas na og “go signal” ang Department of Health (DOH) ug ang National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 nga gipaabot nga ipatuman sa sunod semana.

Kini human gi-anunsyo sa NTF nga ang pagbakuna alang sa mga nahisgotang edad magsugod sa Pebrero 4.

Matud pa sa tigpamaba sa Tagbilran City Health Office (CHO) nga si Robin Culpa, gipaabot pa pod nila ang shipment sa pediatric formulation sa Pfizer gikan sa DOH aron makasugod na sila sa pagpamakuna sa maong age group sa mga bata.

“Gapaabot pa ta sa paghatag sa DOH sa vaccine. Naa na tay guidelines, ang supply nalang sa vaccine wala pa ta nahatagan,” matud pa ni Culpa.

Si NTF medical adviser Ted Herbosa nipahibalo ning bag-o lang nga ang nasod makadawat sa unang shipment sa 780,000 doses sa Enero 31.

Gibanabanang naa sa 1.8 ka milyong dugang doses ang gipaabot nga mahidangat sa bulan sa Pebrero.

Gidugang pa ni Culpa nga gimanduan na sila sa DOH sa pagtukod sa ilang pediatric vaccination sites sulod sa “five-kilometer radius of a hospital”.

Isip tubag niini, ang CHO nipili sa Booy Elementary School ug Booy Covered Court isip ilang inisyal nga vaccination sites alang sa nahisgotang age group.

“So ang atong Booy Elementary School duol man siya sa Ace [Medical Center] ug duol pud siya sa Bohol Doctor’s Hospital ug atoang Booy covered court duol pud siya og hospital unya dagko pud ang areas dapat,” pagbutyag pa ni Culpa.

Matud pa nga ang batang magpabakuna kinahanglang kuyogan sa ginikanan o usa  ka guardian.

Nagpadayon ang CHO karon sa ilang pre-registration alang sa pagbakuna sa mga menor de edad nga nahisulod sa maong age group.

Sa pagkakaron, may nalista na silang 1,000 ka interesadong recipients apan gipaabot nga madugangan pa kini diin target sa syudad nga makabakuna og dili moubos sa 5,000 ka mga bata nga nag-edad 5 taman 11 anyos. (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)
