Mga trabahante sa gobyerno may 'excused absence' alang sa COVID-19 vax

 


TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Nov. 26 (PIA) -- Tugotan na sa Civil Service Commission (CSC) ang mga government employees nga mopaubos sa gitawag nga “excused absence” o opisyal nga excuse sa mga adlaw sa ilang pagpabakuna batok COVID-19.

Ubos sa Memorandum Circular No. 16 nga may petsang Nobyembre 12, kinahanglang moduso og pagmatuod ang mga magpabakunang government workers sa ilang iskedyul sama sa vaccination card, ug leave of absence application, lima ka adlaw sa dili pa magpabakuna. 

Ang mga mabakunahan usab nga kinahanglang magpatambal ug magpahulay tungod sa posibleng adverse event, minor man o seryoso, mahimong mo-absent og 15 ka adlaw.

“In the event that the required period exceeds the maximum, absences incurred thereafter shall be treated as sick leave and shall be charged against the sick leave credits, if any,” matud pa sa CSC.

Kun nagamit na usab sa empleyado ang tanan niyang sick leave credits, mahimong gamiton ang vacation leave base na usab sa Section 56 sa Omnibus Rules of Leave.

Ang MC No. 16 gilagdaan ni CSC Chairperson Alicia Dela Rosa-Bala, nga epektibo alang sa tanang government workers, “regardless of appointment, including local elective officials.”

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
