20 TESDA scholars sa Ubay may libre nga gamit pangluto

 


UBAY, Bohol, Nov. 10 (PIA) -- Kawhaan (20) ka mga taga Ubay nga nakaapil sa Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) sa kagamhanan ang mingdawat sa mga libre nga kagamitan sa pagluto, atul sa Duterte Legacy Caravan sa Ubay, Nob 10.

Sa espesyal nga seremonyas, sila Camille Marie Boiser ug Catherine Caparoso, mga scholars sa STEP nga gitanyag sa kagamhanan pinaagi sa Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ang midawat sa mga gamit samtang nakuha usab nila ang tag P160 nga inadlaw nga allowance nga gipataban sa 42 ka adlaw nga bansaybansay.

Mismo si TESDA Bohol Provincial Director Winnie Salas, uban ni Ubay Mayor Constantino Reyes ug Presidential Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary Jusan Vincent Arcena ang mibarug agi og saksi sa pagtunol.

Ang STEP sa TESDA usa sa mga kapid an ka mga programa sa kagamhanan nga gipatuman ilawom sa Administrasyon ni Presidente Rodrigo Roa Duterte, aron padaghanon pa ang kaasidad sa katawhan nga makapanarbaho ug makasugod og negosyo.

Ang 20 ka mga nakadawat, mitapos sa kurso nga Cookery NC II sa TESDA.

Gipalanog usab sa mga nakadawat sa abag sa kagamhanan ang pasalamat ilabi na sa mga gamit nga ilang nakuha.

'Barangayanihan' caravan bares accomplishments under PRRD

  CEBU CITY, Cebu, Oct. 24 (PIA) -- The Duterte Legacy Caravan in Cebu dubbed as “Barangayanihan Caravan Towards National Recovery” highlighted the various projects and programs implemented in Cebu under the Duterte administration that has brought about a positive change in the lives of its beneficiaries.  Cebu province benefited from several projects from the Duterte administration under the "Build, Build, Build" program such as bridges, diversion roads, evacuation centers, municipal buildings, public markets, road concreting, farm to market roads,  among others. EMB 7 creates composite team for water sampling

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) 7 of the Department of Environment Natural Resources Central Visayas on Tuesday, Dec. 28, has created a composite team for water sampling in the different parts of the region affected by Typhoon "Odette" (International name: Rai). The EMB 7 deployed two teams conducting ambient water sampling in the Northern Cebu (Liloan area, Consolacion, Mandaue and Mactan Coastal Area) and Southern Cebu (Cebu Port Area, Talisay, Naga and San Fernando). The bureau said the first two samples from Punta Engaño near Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Umapad, Mandaue City near the bridge and Petron) taken last Dec. 23 and 24 were brought to Ostrea Laboratory since the EMB laboratory cannot analyze due to no electricity.
